Does it matter where my business is compared to you?
For Web Design, no. Web Design is completely internet related so location is meaningless. Through e-mail and instant messaging, we can effectively create your product from afar.

I need a large website done in a few days. Can you do it?
Large websites in days is a difficult task for Kaatt's WebDesign to perform. The time your site takes depends on the size, complexity and our other clients. Kaatt's WebDesign works on a first come first served basis.

What is a domain name? Do I need one?
A domain name is an address, similar to the one on your business. Without it, you will be difficult to locate by your customers. Yes, you need one. We offer domain name service. Please see our services section for more details.

What happens if I am unsatisfied with your work?
We'll fix it. Free. It's your website, not ours. We guarantee all our website work.

I have a website. Can you improve it?
Yes. Kaatt's WebDesign will improve pre-existing websites for a fraction of the price of a new website.

Will you require brochures or other items from us?
Because we do not know your business at first, we will need to look at all aspects of your business to effectively provide you a quality website.

Do you offer services to adult websites?
No. There are many legal issues that can arise from adult websites. Thusly, Kaatt's WebDesign does not provide services to adult websites.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, Kaatt's WebDesign accepts cash, certified cheque/money order, PayPal™ payments & all major credit cards through PayPal.

What are your payment terms?
Before work will commence on your website, 50% your website design costs must be paid. If Kaatt's WebDesign is providing your hosting and/or domain, those costs must be paid in full at the beginning of the creation process.
